A car is useful but not necessary — the airport is 2.6 km away, closer to Cavtat than to Dubrovnik, Uber and taxis work here, and we can arrange a private transfer from the airport or into Dubrovnik. If you drive, there is free private parking for two cars on site.

What time can we arrive, and how do we get in?

Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Tell us your arrival time in advance so someone is there to let you in. If your flight lands early we will hold your bags, and an earlier check-in or later check-out is often possible — ask and we will look at the calendar.

Is there parking?

Yes — two private spaces on site, free with your stay. They are held for you automatically once your booking is confirmed, so there is nothing to arrange in advance.

What is the shortest stay you take?

It depends on the dates. Minimum stay changes with the season, and some arrival dates carry a longer one; the calendar tells you the rule for the date you pick, before you pick it.

How do we pay, and when?

By bank transfer to our Croatian IBAN. More than 14 days before arrival you choose: pay the first night now and the rest 14 days before you arrive, or pay the whole stay now and take 10% off. Inside 14 days it is the full amount within 12 hours. Either way the email carries the amount, the IBAN and a payment barcode you scan in your banking app. No card, no account, no platform in between.

Can we cancel?

On the deposit plan, free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival — the first night comes back to you. The discounted pay-in-full plan and last-minute bookings are non-refundable, which is what pays for the discount and the short notice.

Is the jacuzzi usable outside summer?

The jacuzzi is on the open terrace and is in use through the season. If you are coming outside the summer months, write to us before you book and we will tell you exactly what is running on your dates.

Children, pets, parties?

Children of any age are welcome; from 18 they count as adults. There are no cots and no extra beds, so the apartment sleeps four and no more. No pets, no parties, and no smoking anywhere inside.

Do we need a car in Cavtat?

Not really. The town is a short walk downhill — the riva, the restaurants and the boat to Dubrovnik are all under half a kilometre; the walk back up is the part to know about. The airport is only 2.6 km away, and Uber and taxis work in Cavtat. We can also arrange a private transfer for you — from the airport to the apartment, or from the apartment into Dubrovnik. If you do drive, parking is free and on site.

This was truly the kind of apartment that exceeded all our expectations! It is very spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable, with a huge terrace featuring a relaxing lounge area, jacuzzi, and sun loungers. This condo in Cavtat was simply fantastic. It must have been built or renovated recently, the inside was light, spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. We were impressed as soon as we walked in, even before we set foot on the terrace. WOW! Incredible views from above the Cavtat township and all the way up the coastline to Dubrovnik which is especially spectacular at sunset.

The suite was immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The standout feature was undoubtedly the terrace. The views over Cavtat’s Old Town were simply breathtaking, and the sunset from the terrace was unbelievable — watching the sky change colours over the Adriatic was a truly unforgettable experience.

Wow! This home was truly magical. I felt so at home. Every detail was thought about. I was seriously blown away. There was even some workout equipment, snorkeling bottles, and nice kitchen utensils. Usually the pictures look better than how the home is in real life, but this was the opposite! It was so beautiful. And the owners are absolutely wonderful as well.
